People are overweight because of one simple reason. They eat food that contain fat in them. For instance, they eat meal that contains a lot of calories. Food is more powerful than any kinds of weight loss pill. As a result, you have gained weight over time and eventually got fat because you did not know what food to eat at certain time each day.
Many people think that they can lose weight by eating food that contains low calories. However, they will not, because the metabolism will detect major drop in calories and will than adjust itself by burning fewer calories each day. As a result, this plan will not work. Furthermore, many people think that low carb diets work. However, it has been proven that some low carb diets drain your energy. As a result, low carb diets will not work either.
Did you know that our brain controls the release of fat burning hormones. For example, there are 2 types of hormones released into your bloodstream, together those two hormones are controlled by the food that you eat. Consequently, eating less will manipulate your hormones, in which you will lose little weight. Even so, you have to eat 3 times more per day with the right diet plan to lose weight fast. This is a Fact. Just know that food is not your enemy. Different kinds of food determine that you will gain weight or not. As a result, it is what you eat and how much fat you eat that makes you overweight.

Thank you for this wonderful information on weight lost. I have tried different programs previously but nothing compares to Jillian Michael’s weight lost program. I have tried in the past various programs (Jenny Craig, Nutrisystems) but nothing works unlike Jillian’s weight lost regiment. I really want to lose weight and keep it off permanently.
